REVIATLISING SYDNEYS NIGHT LIFE

During the pandemic, the world changed – local businesses struggled and artists were unable to connect with fans. We brought 17 artists to 6 unexpected venues to Back the Night. By handing over control to our fans, we allowed them to curate their own gig around Sydney’s suburbs, getting to experience incredible live music just when the world was opening up again post-COVID.

The campaign needed to scream ‘AMEX’ feel inviting, on trend, whilst representing local businesses and streets which Back the Night takes place on.

I developed the art direction and hero pieces which were used over hundreds of assets all over Surry Hills and Darlinghurst to hype the evening. All venues were consistent with our direction, ensuring the cohesive vibe of Back the Night.
